When I mean source is where the laws come from. Some of it is my interpretation of it though. And of course: follow it at your own peril

  1. Eat lots of animals and plants – this excludes most cultivated plants, in particular grains
  2. Move around a lot at a slow pace – meaning exercise 55-75% of max heart rate
  3. Lift heavy things – aka heavy resistance training, maybe 3x per week, setting new PR’s from time to time
  4. Run really fast every once in a while – meaning a brief (10-30min total) all-out effort (90-100% max HR) once every 1-2 weeks
  5. Get lots of sleep – 8 hours at least, and this is not an in-average number
  6. Play – that one is obvious
  7. Get some sunlight every day – how if you are not living in Malibu? Havent seen the sun in London for a while
  8. Avoid trauma – and injuries
  9. Avoid poisonous things – this includes long-term poisonous things like highly refined carbs, and denaturated oils
  10. Use your mind
